Intergalactic sci-fi city-builder Beyond These Stars just released a new gameplay trailer! In the one minute and half long trailer, it showed a sneak peek into the different systems that players will need to work with, such as overseeing your city and resources, terraforming the land to better suit the needs of your Peeps, and managing your skill trees to further improve the lives of your citizens.

Additionally, it also previewed footage of new and never-before-seen features, such as the option to have settlements on certain Ancestral Planets that you may encounter on your journey, all with unique biomes and home to unusual resources that you cannot find elsewhere. As resource types and quantity are limited on Kewa, players are required to travel and harvest these special resources as they are a necessity to build more advanced structures—so get those space suits on and explore the vast universe across the stars!

Explore the galaxies and rebuild your city on top of the cosmic Space Whale Kewa in this interstellar city-builder, Beyond These Stars! In search of a new home, you and your Peeps find themselves riding on a journeying space creature, whose enormous build is enough to handle a growing civilization. While the land and whale are initially inhospitable to strangers at first, you can turn it into a sprawling metropolis as you build a wonderful abode for all, and grow a closer relationship with the sentient being you live on. You will also get to travel through the cosmos and find planets teeming with resources and different biomes that used to house the Peeps’ ancestors. Beyond These Stars is slated for a 2025 release on PC through Steam, GOG, and Epic Games.
