Practice your de-duck-tive reasoning

The Greatest Case of the Pond, Landing Soon!

Stickers, Postcards, Trading Cards, and Manual

Four months after its digital release on Nintendo Switch, Happy Broccoli Games announced the physical release of Duck Detective: The Secret Salami via Super Rare Games. The physical edition will be released on September 26th, and only 4,000 copies will be produced. Moreover, this version will include 4 cute character stickers, standees postcards, a set of 3 trading cards, and a manual with concept art. Despite being a short game, this version will give you something to remember as you solve the biggest sausage-based conspiracy.

The stickers include characters such as Eugene, Laura, Freddy, and Sophie. The same characters also appear on the standees and trading cards. Meanwhile, the manual consists of never-before-seen concept art of the game. Make sure to join the Happy Broccoli Games’ Discord server, as they are giving away physical copies for the 3 lucky winners!

Alongside this exciting news, Happy Brocolli Games also announced that the German language is available on Duck Detective and Steam Workshop support for unofficial translations. This means that anyone from the community can add translations to the game, making it more accessible to more players. The developers even added a Workshop Localization Tool Guide for those who want to try adding other languages to the game. Make sure to check their Steam page for more information!

Quacking the Salami Case Wide Open

Duck Detective is a cozy mystery game where you play as Eugene McQuacklin. Waiting for a case in your disheveled office, you get lucky as a client seeks help identifying the Salami Bandit. Once you seal the deal with your client, you investigate the various people and locations for clues. This involves different puzzles, observing NPCs, and filling out information where you gradually piece evidence. Equipped with only your de-duck-tive reasoning and trusty magnifying glass, use everything at your disposal to unmask the Salami Bandit!

Duck Detective is available on Xbox, Steam, GOG.com, and Nintendo eShop, priced at $9.99. The game is off on Steam and Nintendo eShop for $7.99, while it is $8.49 at GOG.com. If you fancy the character stickers and postcards, grab the limited Switch physical copy and get ready to quack the case!
