Dungeons of Hinterberg Celebrates Update With Huge Sale And Huge Giveaway

Dungeons of Hinterberg just released a major update that added New Game+, and is celebrating this huge addition to the game with a 50% Midweek Deal on Steam, as well as a Steam Deck giveaway! As they shared in their Steam announcement post, “There’s never been a better time to dive into Hinterberg’s magic—whether you’re picking it up for the first time or ready to relive the adventure with fresh features and exciting new ways to play. Both new and returning players will thoroughly enjoy the New Game+ update as it offers enhanced replayability while also keeping the inventory and player stats that they worked hard for. With that said, to balance things out, the update also introduces tougher enemies that will pose a challenge to even those with good stats. “Some will have new melee shields; others will boast increased ranges or more intense attacks. Also, more enemies will have magic shields in general.” But don’t worry—they’re not the only ones buffed! Players will also have access to 4 new attack conduits for more combat options, namely Downpour, Rage, Piercing Glance, and Wind Dash.

Going on over to the side of customization, players can now enjoy fresh new outfits for our protagonist Luisa, as well as a new feature called Armor Visuals to see what you’re equipping.

Other additions for overall gameplay include bug fixes and optimizations for both the Steam Deck and PC versions, and new achievements to fulfill, perks and charms to catch, and a new “monstrous” outfit only attainable after finishing all Monster Club tasks.
