A new free room based on the hit puzzle game The Talos Principle is coming to Escape Simulator tomorrow, October 22. Prepare to explore a gorgeous recreation of The Talos Principle ruins in a uniquely Escape Simulator style, full of intricate and challenging puzzles that will surely get your mind going!

“As huge fans of the series here at Pine Studio, we’ve worked hard to capture the essence of its deep philosophical themes, mind-bending puzzles, and breathtaking environments.” Escape Simulator developers Pine Studio shared on the Steam announcement post. “Whether you are a veteran of Escape Simulator or a fan of The Talos Principle, we believe this room will offer a unique, engaging experience that bridges the gap between these two beloved puzzle game worlds.”

One of the best parts about it is that it’s completely free! Just download the update when it comes out, and you can jump right into the deep philosophical puzzle fun. This free DLC will also arrive in the Meta Quest VR version of Escape Simulator “sometime next week (probably Thursday)”. And don’t worry about being spoiled on The Talos Principle story—this collaboration DLC works by itself as a standalone experience, only set in the same universe. The developers made sure to not include any spoilers!
