INDIE Live Expo Confirms Winter 2024 Edition This December

The year-ending INDIE Live Expo Awards will take place too

Now On Its Fourth Year

Japan’s premiere online digital showcase, INDIE Live Expo, is returning this Winter 2024! Alongside the event, the annual INDIE Live Expo Awards will also commence, where a panel of industry veterans will showcase recent indie titles that have achieved critical acclaim for the year. The event is known for featuring the best of indie games and connecting indie game fans all over the world for the past four years, having exhibited over 2,750 indie titles to millions of viewers across the globe since 2020. This is the second INDIE Live Expo for this year, the first iteration having concluded back in May, garnering over 7.4 million views.

“It is both an honor and a pleasure to receive the hundreds of titles vying for a spot in our showcase every year,” said Ryuta Konuma, Founder and CEO of Ryu’s Office. “We are grateful for the long-time support from our viewers, supporters, sponsors, and media partners, and wanted to shout out to those amazing game developers bringing their hard work to INDIE Live Expo.”

It’s definitely an event that all indie game fans will not want to miss out on, so make sure to mark your calendars for December 7th!

Calling All Indie Developers!

Interested indie developers can opt to send game submissions for the INDIE Waves. Please take note that this is different from the organization’s newest project, Weekly INDIE Wave. Game submissions will open in mid-September, and participants are encouraged to prepare a 15-second game introduction video.
