Jump into a magical South America in SOPA - Tale of the Stolen Potato! This magical realism adventure game’s demo just got released, and promises 30 minutes (or longer, depending on how thorough your exploration is) of “frogs, pandas, dolphins, shady characters! A sweet grandma!” and of course—one potato! There’s much more to discover, apparently, but you’d need to play to figure out what the rest are.

In SOPA - Tale of the Stolen Potato, you play as Miho, a young South American child who was tasked to simply fetch a potato from the pantry for his grandma, but inadvertently finds himself in a magical world instead. With a colorful cast of quirky characters, embark on this emotional and narrative journey in the depths of a “fantastical” South America, tackling puzzles, listening to great Latin American songs, and learning the importance of the things that we pass along. And of course, to get that stolen potato back!
