V Rising Devs Shared New Information About Its Upcoming 1.1 Update

Slated to release this 2025

V Rising’s Beyond Its Full Release

Fangtastic Features And A Brand New Map

Creatures of the night, rejoice! V Rising’s 1.1 update is set to bring exciting new features and a brand-new map. Stunlock Studios’ latest development update on Steam has detailed the new additions coming with the 1.1 release in 2025. Seize your chance to rule the vampire world once again!

First on the list is the expansion of random loot through the Fusion Forge. This new mechanic introduces a crafting station that allows you to “combine different items together and take the best parts of each.” You’ll be able to choose between skill modifiers and attributes of the items you fuse, crafting truly powerful gear. Say goodbye to endless grinding for the perfect spell or weapon—now, you can combine two average items to bring out their best features!

The update also introduces two risk-free PvP features: Duels and Arenas. Previously, PvP battles were risky, lacking controlled environments and causing gear durability loss. In Duels, all damage between participants resets after the match, though you’ll need to beware of outside interference! Meanwhile, the Arena allows you to set up team battles with your clanmates within your castle. Whether you’re testing loadouts in 1v1 Duels or engaging in epic team fights in Arenas, these new options give you safe, thrilling ways to compete.
Last but not least, a new map and changes to endgame weapons are coming your way. The new map will introduce an invading faction, bringing “different methods of combat and lore” into the world of V Rising. Additionally, some endgame weapons will receive visual overhauls to give them “more unique appearances,” enhancing their look to give them a true artifact feel.

The surprises don’t stop there, as the devs have teased that this is only part of what’s coming in the 1.1 update. “It’s too early to share everything we’re working on, but rest assured that we’ll have even more to share as we continue development. As always, we’re incredibly grateful for your patience and unwavering support as we work to bring you exciting new content.”

To stay updated on this new release, follow the game on Steam and be notified when more details emerge!

A Vampire-Themed Open World MMO Game

Quench your thirst for blood in this vampire survival action game! In V Rising, you awaken as a weakened vampire after centuries of entombment. Drinking the blood of your enemies restores the strength lost over the years, but your journey won’t be easy. You’ll need to rebuild your castle and gather loyal servants to cement your power and authority in a world fraught with conflict. Seize your destiny and take on even Dracula himself!

You’re not limited to vampiric powers alone. In this game, you can combine weapons and spells to create fearsome armaments. Powerful spells are earned by defeating formidable bosses. The combat system is fluid, allowing you to “aim skillshots and dodge projectiles using precise WASD controls and cursor-based aiming—no click-to-move.” Unleash devastating attacks on your enemies by combining spells and weapons!
The path to becoming the most powerful vampire is anything but solitary. You can build a team of loyal allies and conquer the unforgiving land together through online multiplayer. Transform into a Golem, either solo or with friends, to raid enemy castles and collect valuable loot to your heart’s content! But a word of warning: you and your friends can only operate at night, or risk being burned to ashes under the scorching daylight.

V Rising is available on Steam for $34.99 USD, and the PS5 version is priced at $39.99 USD. Hunt for blood and build your vampire empire in V Rising!
